At Flipzonia, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy below.
- Return Due to Change of Mind
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customer must send the product to us via self-courier at their own expense.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process an online refund as store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Warranty & Damaged Products
Valid warranty claims accepted within 90 days.
Customers must send the item to us via courier (shipping paid by customer).
On approval, we will refund the courier charge and offer one of the following:
Refund to your original payment method
Store credit
Replacement (if available)
Refund is processed within 7 days after product inspection.
- Shipping & Delivery
Delivery only within Maharashtra.
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 business days.
Address change requests accepted before dispatch.
Tracking info is provided once the product is shipped.
- Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
After dispatch, returns must follow the process mentioned above.
- Lost or Damaged Parcels
If the parcel is damaged, refuse delivery if possible or contact us immediately.
In case of lost parcels, we will issue a refund or replacement after courier investigation.
