Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Flipzonia.com. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

In case any item is out of stock, we will ship the available products and contact you to offer either a refund or an option to wait until restocking.


  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery location within Maharashtra.

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


  1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

You can request a change of delivery address before the order is dispatched.


  1. Delivery Timelines

We currently deliver only within Maharashtra.
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on the location.

If delivery is delayed beyond this period, please contact us for assistance.


  1. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via email or SMS for you to monitor the delivery status.


  1. Delivery Issues

a. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately.

If already received, please email us photos of the damaged parcel within 24 hours.

b. Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier. Upon confirmation, we will issue a refund or replacement.


  1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.


  1. Insurance

All shipments are insured for damage or loss up to the value of the product.

Damaged in Transit: Refund or replacement will be processed after courier investigation.

Lost in Transit: Refund or replacement will be provided once the courier confirms the loss.
